Beginning of sketches and first formalization of your project through a series of iterations that will lead to a design chosen by you.
- 02Preliminary[permit - 15%]
The selected design will be further defined, specified and sized for submission to the appropriate authorities.
- 03Execution[final - 45%]
The project will be designed and specified in its slightest details via exhaustive plans and specifications in order to allow its future assembly by the manufacturer.
- 04Calls for tender[submission- 5%]
The quoting stage is an accompanying step when you will be requesting quotes from potential builders.
- 05Construction[monitoring- 25%]
The construction phase is where administration and oversight will be provided throughout the project site.

These services are traditionally divided into 5 main standard phases: the pre-design (ideation), the preliminary project (permit's plans), the final project (construction plans), the calls for tenders and negotiation (request for quotation), and finally, the construction (contract administration and site supervision).
